We weren’t sure what to expect and we were pleasantly surprised. We originally intended a one night stay but booked an extra night on arrival with no issues (we received a complimentary continental breakfast for this night). The location suited us - a nice walk along the waterfront to the wharf (weather permitting), and eateries close by. We had a lovely meal in the bistro attached. The room was quiet with no noise from the venue above or the street. Our room had been renovated (all may have been), and was clean and modern. Plenty of parking available for guest vehicles. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would definitely book this one again.

We really enjoyed staying at the Cheeky Squire's accomodation. We were attending a gig just across the road so it was amazing literally just walking across the road and hopping straight into bed rather than stressing about an Uber or Taxi. The bed was very comfy, room was clean, and it had everything that we needed for a quick one night stay. The free Timtam each was a cute little bonus! We also appreciated the complementary drink each to enjoy with our dinner upstairs in the pub. The food was very tasty too!

We love the location of Frankston. The hotel is literally a few minutes away from everything. It was a simple check in and the room had everything one needs to sleep for the night. No complaints from me. I will be booking this hotel again whenever I'm back at Franskton!

The Cheeky Squire had everything I needed for a one night business stay in Frankston. It is walking distance to the centre of Frankston which is always good for me as I can walk to the cinema and watch a movie. The room had a nice touch in a partially stocked mini bar (water, Tim tams etc) which was free. Few cold bottles of water in the room is always appreciated. The wifi was good, quick enough to watch a show on Netflix, the bed was comfortable, good shower - everything you could need for a one night stay. I didn't get a chance to walk down to the beach but it looks like it is just over the river on which the hotel sits.

Could walk to anywhere we wanted to. Beds were super comfy and the room was more spacious that was anticipated. Had everything we could have wanted and great facilities such as a nice little fridge, kettle, mugs, glasses etc.

Comfortable enough for a good nights sleep. Clean linen and facilities. Decore of room was pleasant.. Housekeeping staff staff friendly and courteous. Located close to esplanade and activity areas

Clean, tidy, modern and comfortable. Beds were clean with plenty of pillows. Surprisingly little noise from the busy pub above. Drinks vouchers for the pub above Restocked fridge treats every day

The staff were amazing in particular the housekeeping staff. The rooms were quiet, comfortable and up to date. Room service meals were enjoyable and delivery within 10 minutes of ordering. The complimentary Tim Tams and bottled water were a pleasant surprise.
